I have had a number of Alexander technique sessions with Sarah-Linda. She made me feel relaxed and is so gentle and patient. I found benefit after each session and can not wait to resume my learning after lockdown. The technique will benefit my health and well-being for the rest of my life

These mindfulness classes are delivered by Sarah with the utmost integrity, warmth and gentle humour! I have found the different Mindfulness techniques that I've learned invaluable. I've learned how to find relaxation in times of stress and how to tune into the positive aspects of my experience in everyday life rather than focusing mainly on the negatives. I would definitely recommend Sarah's classes

I had developed really bad posture over a number of year which resulted in neck and back issues. I had Alexander technique lessons with Sarah-Linda which aims to correct all the bad posture habits. I found Sarah-Linda to provide a warm, friendly and encouraging environment which also achieved the goal of significantly improving my posture and therefore reducing the aches I was experiencing with my neck and back

The Alexander technique lessons were extremely useful and corrected a lot of bad habits with mine and my husbands posture. Sarah-Linda provides a friendly, welcoming and great learning environment, I would highly recommend contacting Sarah-Linda if you need help with posture or mindfulness
