Mindfulness that works for you – monthly online mindfulness meet ups

Online mindfulness sessions to suit you.  Practising mindfulness in a group can be a helpful way of reconnecting with others.  Many of us face similar challenges with health, work and home life in these changing times.  We can feel stressed, busy, overwhelmed or anxious.  We might find it difficult to switch off or to get a decent nights sleep.  We might find ourselves over-reacting or perhaps we have a sense of feeling stuck and wanting things to change

These gentle online sessions provide a safe space to learn and practise Mindfulness.  The tone of these sessions is welcoming and friendly with no expectation for you to be a certain way.  The practices are fully guided and the emphasis is on kindness and learning to take care of ourselves

In your own time and at your own pace, you can:

  • Learn how to meditate and to bring mindfulness into everyday life
  • Learn how to step out of automatic pilot mode and re-connect with the present
  • Begin to re-connect with your body
  • Learn how to connect with an anchor, a sense of groundedness
  • Discover how you are reacting to your experiences, and whether this makes you feel better or worse
  • Learn to see things as they actually are, rather than through the filter of conditioned thinking
  • Begin to change your relationship with thoughts, discomfort and difficult emotions
  • Discover what activities nourish you and which ones leave you feeling depleted
