Mindfulness that works for you – monthly online mindfulness meet ups
Bolivia Practising mindfulness in a group can be a helpful way of reconnecting with others (so helpful at this time of home working). It’s a helpful way to remind ourselves of our shared humanity. Many of us face similar challenges with health, work and home life in these changing times. We can feel stressed, busy, overwhelmed or anxious. We might find it difficult to switch off or to get a decent nights sleep. We might find ourselves over-reacting or perhaps we have a sense of feeling stuck and wanting things to change.
Going Here These two hour online sessions provide a space to ground and resource ourselves. We have a chance to practise stepping out of automatic pilot. We explore ways to find our balance and discover how to nurture ourselves with some formal and informal practices. We learn how to relate differently to the things we find difficult. And we may discover that things are not always as they first seem.
