Monthly online mindfulness meet ups

neurontin 100 mg Practising mindfulness in a group can be a helpful way of reconnecting and reminding ourselves of our shared humanity.  Many of us face similar challenges with health, work and home life in these changing times.  These two hour online sessions provide a space to ground and resource ourselves as we practise stepping out of automatic pilot and nurture ourselves with some formal and informal practices

introspectively A typical session may look like this:

  • Short settling/arriving practice
  • Welcome, brief introductions, reminders on self-care, poems or words to support practice
  • Sitting practice
  • Bodyscan (seated or lying down)
  • Mindful movement and/or walking
  • Optional inquiry
  • Appreciation/kindness practice
