I qualified to teach the Alexander Technique in 2008 (MSTAT) and Mindfulness in 2015.

Working with both practices enhances my own well-being and helps me make better choices in day-to-day life as well as enabling me to work in a heart-centred way with my pupils and clients.  I love that this work is about supporting others to thrive and have more say in their own physical, mental and emotional health.  It’s not about trying to be perfect, it’s about being more real, more alive and discovering the ease that is available to us in any moment
